5.1 Subscription Tiers

5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms and conditions.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.4 Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy. Due to the time-sensitive nature of sports intelligence and the immediate delivery of analysis upon subscription activation, all subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the Service is granted. This includes partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods.
Technical Issues Exception. If technical issues prevent you from accessing the Service within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription, and we cannot resolve the issue promptly, you may request a full refund by contacting team@oddscap.com within 72 hours of your subscription start date.
5.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
6.1 Proprietary Rights
All content, methodologies, analysis, predictions, and materials provided through our Service are the exclusive property of OddsCap and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Redistribute, sell, or share our content
Copy or reproduce our methodologies
Create derivative works from our analysis
Use our content for commercial purposes
